You book a flight, travel to the airport, swiftly check-in, board the airplane and get to your destination. No problem!
You check-in a hotel, your room was nice and clean and stay as needed. No problem!
You went on a training course, tutor was good and the course delivery was fine. No problem!
The thing is "no problem" does not = I am going to go and recommend you to my friends or talk about your service.
I was expecting the booking process to be simple.
I was expecting the check-in to be swift.
I was expecting the flight to be on time.
I was expecting the tutor to be good.
I was expecting the room to be nice and clean.
Meeting my expectation is meeting bare minimum. It's only when you do something remarkable that I would choose to spread the word.
