I spent my entire day today dealing with red tape, expecting (hoping) to get an explanation on something. It took a little over an hour and thirty six minutes just convincing someone to email me the details, which I received after five hours containing only partial information. errhhh!
Certain organisation, especially civil services are full of red tape as they define this, what surprises me is that many businesses operate red tape by choice.
